Inspired by one of Gymkhana's most flavor-packed tandoor dishes. Roasted garlic provides a deep, mellow sweetness that builds with every bite, while Kashmiri chili delivers clean, direct heat: confident spice with no sneak attack.

Pair with whole roasted cauliflower (the showstopper), chicken wings, steak, portobello mushrooms, or seafood.

To cook: coat your protein or vegetables, marinate for 30 minutes (or overnight), then grill, oven-roast, or pan-sear. Versatile across all three.

Medium. Serves 4-6. 6 fl oz (190 g). No declared allergens. Vegan and gluten-free.

Tomato Passata, Garlic, Olive Pomace Oil, Salt, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, White Vinegar, Sugar, Garam Masala, Water, Cinnamon, Green Cardamom, Black Pepper, Red Chillies, Whole Kashmiri Chillis, Bay Leaves, Hot Red Chilli Powder
